Jeju Island

If you visit Korea, you should go to Jeju Island because Jeju Island is so beautiful. Jeju Island is the biggest island in Korea. Jeju Island is situated at the southern of Korea so warm spring enters Korea through Jeju Island. Jeju Island is volcanic island so Jeju Island rocks are famous because rocks are basalt. Jeju Island has Mt. Halla and beautiful jade green beaches. The grandeur of Mt. Halla revealed itself in Jeju Island. You can visit horse farms and see houses with stone walls. That is so interesting and unique. You feel nature in your heart when you walk Jeju Island. People think of Jeju Island first when it comes to honeymoons and for newlyweds Jeju Island is the most sought out honeymoon getaway because Jeju lsland is so beautiful. So ‘Hawaii of the Orient’ is a fitting nickname for Jeju Island. So I think that Jeju Island is the most beautiful island. I can say Jeju Island is a place that you have to visit at least once in your lifetime.

pizza hut

  Today I went to pizza hut in hana street with my major friends.
We ordered double barbeque richgold but employee gave us cheesebite.
So we ate chessebite a piece of pizza each other and soon employee gave us richgold.
We were very happy and so full and so delicious :-)
I love sweet potato and cheese so I was happy very much >.<

P.s  Today pizza hut practice events.
      That is pizza hut give F size pizza for price of M size.
      So I ate F size~

Secret Garden

     After the end of drama ‘Sung Kwun Kwan Scandal’, I watch new drama ‘Secret Garden’. The drama started November 13, 2010 and this drama is total 20 parts so nothing particular happening, this drama will end January 16, 2011. ‘Secret Garden’ is 10p.m. Saturday and Sunday on airs. This drama ratings was started 17.2 percent so from the beginning is good, but gradually more and more today this drama ratings is 24.1 percent so I very happy.

     This drama story is that a woman soul and a man soul are change and many happenings occur in romantic fantasy drama. That is so interesting and funny story. Main heroes are woman Gil Laim and man Kim Juwon. Gil Laim is poor and plaintive and tough and her job is stunt woman. In contrast, Kim Juwon is very rich and wealthy and chaebol junior and his job is department store boss. So this couple is intimate after fight and later their spirit change, they know thought of each other and surrounding circumstances of each other. This drama will sad ending because there are allusions. For example, Gil Laim’s father said that for my daughter and Gil Laim’s friend said that in her dream, Kim Juwon was cry because of Gil Laim. So I am already sad and gloomy.

     ‘Secret Garden’ heroes have very attractive characters and heroine’s job is very unfamiliar so interesting more. Actor and actress act very good expression accordingly I don’t difficult to understanding when this drama heroes sprits change. This drama is so fun and distinctive and I look forward to next story and hopefully I want to this drama ending will not sad.

Cancel a lecture

Today moning cancel a lecture so I stay home and sleep agian.
I am very happy~because I sleep late!
How far along the oversleep!
I go to my university 1p.m. in order to next lecture and today I go to meeting. I look forward to meeting.
I want to appear the man who is handsome in meeting.
Yesterday I went to shoping because of meeting but to my sorrow I don't wear new clothes...because of size!
I start diet! I will succeed! so I will wear new clothes! and I will have boyfriend!

visited friend's home!

    I visited to yoojung's home.
Before went to youjung's home, we ate lunch.
Lunch was lotteria's korean beef lady burger. It was so delicious but why this burger'name is lady burger?
We ate lunch and got on a bus number 151 and I felt dizzy..
Yoojung's home is placed in suyou station nearby so I and my major friends visited youjyung's home.
We watched a movie, so funny and we had discussion.
I was so enjoyable but I went to home on ahead because I had appointment with my old friends.
So I didn't eat rabokki made by yoojung and that was so sad.
I was so fun and sorry. I want to visite yoojung's home next time.

Guangzhou Asian Games

Yesterday the 16^th Asian Games ‘Guangzhou Asian Games’ terminate. I have watched Guangzhou Asian Games so I decide to the topic is Asian Games. Guangzhou Asian Games vision was that “sports game is spine-tingling and harmonious Asian is friendship of nation and unity.” Mascot means peace, harmony and happy so mascot have Guangzhou people’s wish.

The game’s opening ceremony was held in November 12, 2010 and the closing ceremony was held in November 27, 2010. The opening ceremony was so wonderful and beautiful because ceremony was colorful light of red, yellow, green, white, blue etc. many singers was sing. To my surprise, singer Kim Hyun joong who is member of SS501 in Korea singer group sang with China singer in Guangzhou. Finally the flame has been lit.

     The Asian Games was gone well. 14,454 athletes from 45 countries participated in 42 regular events. Korea participated in all events except cricket and totals 1,013 athletes took part in events. Our athletes won 76 gold medals, 65 silver medals and 91 bronze medals so Korea came overall second. I was proud of all athletes and I touched when athletes cry. All athletes did their best and although they got no medal, they showed sportsmanship so I was moved.

     Finally in closing ceremony, showed tradition culture of each nation and Asia’s star Rain who is Korean top singer and actor was performance powerfully. Next Asian Games venue is Incheon, Korea in 2014. I look forward to the games and we should look at the advanced country’s culture and attitude.

Hanbok

When you traveled in Korea, called ‘Hanbok’ Korea traditional dress attract your eyes and maybe you desire wear the dress, so I teach you how to wear Korean traditional dress. First, wear the underpants. Second, wear the underskirt. Third, wear the skirt. Fourth, wear the undershirt and put on the beoseon that is Korean socks. Then, put on the Jeogori that is a Korean-style jacket. Next, tie the Jeogori string. Finally, put on the Turumagi that is a Korean topcoat. Like these step, the most important thing is that order, neat and dossy in wearing Hanbok. You should be upright in order to dress looks good. Now you wear the Hanbok and enjoy the Korea tradition.

If you want to be a popular man, Avoid these behavior what woman dislikes. First, arrogant man get easy unlikable. For example, not modesty man who says likes this “You are lucky, you should say ‘thank you’ to me. Because you are dating a great man like me.” is really nauseating. A man who never listen others word is also gross. Second, man who is smoke is minus. Almost the whole women dislike smell of cigarettes. Depression

Sometimes I feel gloomy and blue and I cry. Then next day I find what the depression is. So this journal topic is depression. Let’s check the depression with me slowly and accurately.

Depression is one of the mental illnesses. That is Major Depressive Disorder. Cardinal symptom is not experience temporarily gloomy feelings but continue gloomy feelings with sad emotion, chilling effect and various physical symptoms. Reason of depression is that biological, psychological, social factor effect in combination. In hereditary, attack rate have high case of family member suffer from depression and case of a man who easily feel overwhelmed by pressure and depression is important a self-psychology. Cardinal symptom is a somber mood and leads to sleep, loss of appetite, fall of interest, anxiety, and thoughts of suicide, feelings of lethargy. Change of weight is serious. Also, feel that self-valueless. In severe cases, hallucination appears.

Remedy of depression is two kinds: Drug treatment and mental healing. Commonly remedy combine drug treatment and mental healing. In mental healing, perform cognitive behavioral therapy and relationships therapy and group therapy, family therapy etc.

On the one hand, foods help depression therapy. Spicy foods help therapy because when you eat spicy food, released beta-endorphin that make you feel happy. Also, sweet chocolate help therapy because chocolate have ingredient tryptophan when you eat chocolate, brain secrete serotonin used tryptophan and serotonin make you feel pleasant.

If you feel depression and that continue, you have to go to hospital. Don’t take depression lightly. Also, eat food that you like then you feel better.

Teddy bear

    I own a teddy bear that has special meaning for me because it is the one that my best friend made for me. This cute brown one has a sad story. When I was thirteen, my family moved to other region from Busan to Suwon. A moving-in day, my friend gave me that little furry bear. It is brown like sweet chocolate cake. There are two big eyes like black beans. I call my bear “caramel” because its ears are like milk caramel, and I love those. It’s 15cm tall and rounding. It became smaller and smaller whenever I wash it. Every night I go to bed, I always hug it closer to my heart. You may think the dirt on teddy bear and the smell of teddy bear is dirty. But it is not for me. Its smell makes me feel like my friend is right next to me.

Ever land

Last week Sunday, I went to Ever land with my friends Lan, Sohee, Minjin. Ever land is amusement park in Yong-in and it has been 34 years since Ever land made in 1976. First we rode T- express. T- Express is roller coaster that made wood. It has no spin because it made wood. But this roller coaster have drop at an angle of 77 degrees. And it has air time that is zero gravity 12 times. That was so exciting and very thrilling. I feel so interesting that I will never forget this sense. And we rode Double Rock Spin. Double Rock Spin is spin at an angle of 360 degrees to music. This ride is fantastic. I love it. You feel the sense of gravity upside down. And music is so exciting. Next we rode Hurricane. Hurricane is turn and coming and going in 19M like top. So this ride was dizzy. And we rode Viking, Let’s twist, etc.

I went to Ever land after three years. So many rides disappeared and new rides made. The Ferris wheel was disappeared. This Ferris wheel was the flower of Ever land. If you went to Ever land, you must ride Ferris wheel. But now this ride was discontinued. I feel sad and poignant. And today we grow old. So we were hard to ride the rides. I felt queer because I thought that I was old.

And last we watched Christmas Fantasy. It was so beautiful. Many bulbs embroidered the night. It was wonderful and so gorgeous. I look forward to Christmas and I will go to Ever land one more time. Let’s go together.

I ate カツ-どん(gatsu-dong) and my friend kyungsun ate chasyu-dong.

Gatsu-dong is a bowl of rice topped with Tonkatsu.

So delicious.

And I was interested in Gatsu-dong because the food is Japanese food.

Recently I ate many delicious food,

so I get fat........OTL..

I don't give up delicious food.ㅠㅠ

Best Player: Park Ji Sung

Today Manchester United won Wolverhampton at England Manchester Old Trafford Stadium for 2010/2011 England Premier League 11round match. The score was two to one. Park Ji Sung played so gorgeous for ninety minutes. Park Ji Sung scored the first goal at first half 45 minutes. This goal changed game mood. And this goal was Park Ji Sung’s season three goal and league one goal. Manchester United took the lead in the second half. But Wolverhampton player Blake scored a goal. Park Ji Sung led counteroffensive. He played the game so fantastic. For example drastic dribble, stable pass connection, pointed cross pass etc. And Park Ji Sung scored goal in add time. Park Ji Sung beat the right two defender and scored goal by the crack of goalkeeper and concentrated defender at the second half 48 minutes. This goal was Park Ji Sung’s season four goal and league two goal. Finally Manchester United won and Manchester United got valuable three points. And Manchester United became second-best.

So now Park Ji Sung win high praise. Manchester United manager Alexander Ferguson said that lately Park Ji Sung is best player in Man U and Park Ji Sung’s goal is great and neat. And SKYSPORTS said that Park Ji Sung was everywhere on the pitch and grabbed both goals. And give grade eight to Park Ji Sung. I think Park Ji Sung is best player of Asia. And Park Ji Sung is so earnest. Always he has done his utmost silently. And Park Ji Sung heightens the pride of the Korea. So I am proud of Park Ji Sung.

We've got married ♡

     I always watch variety TV show ‘We’ve got married’ on Saturday. This variety TV show is that Korea entertainers get imaginary married. So they meet, date and practice mission. Today this variety TV show is season2. ‘We’ve got married Season2’ have three couples.

First couple is Gain and Jo Kwon. They called ‘Petite couple’. Because they have small in stature. They are already the first anniversary. They are singer. So they released a record duet song. This song title was ‘We fell in love’. This duet song was ranked NO.1. Song was very cute. So I liked that song. Gain is so chic but her heart is so warm. And Gain is two years older than Jo Kwon. So I feel that Jo Kwon depend on his wife Gain. I like them. And they so fun.

Second couple is Yong Hwa and Seo Hyeon. They called ‘Yong Seo couple’. They are singer also. Yong Hwa is vocal in CNBLUE band. And Seo Hyeon is member in Girl’s Generation. This couple became two hundred days. But they still look like just fresh. Seo Hyeon is so shy that feel a pressure on my chest. So I looks forward to bold for Seo Hyeon. I like them also.

Third couple is Nichkhun and Victoria. They are now start couple. They are foreigner both. So they are poor at Korean. That is attraction of this couple. I feel that they so cute. Because they speak clumsy Korean. I like them too.

I think that if this program couple is real, I feel so happy. I like them so much. So I want to they goes out. And I want that this TV show is long run. I look forward to next Saturday.

Musical: GREASE !

I watched musical ‘GREASE’. That performance played at Gyeonggi Arts Center. ‘The 6th Enjoy Musical! Festival 2010’ is festival of major musical students. GREASE was played major musical students of MOKWON University.  And my friend took the role. This musical was my second musical.

The story of GREASE is so amusing. Finished summer vacation, school is noisy. Because T-bird faction of center Danny in male students and Pink-lady faction of center Rizzo in female students talks story during summer vacation. And Frenchy introduce transfer student Sandy to Rizzo. Sandy and Danny meet beach during summer. And Sandy and Danny talk friends their love story each other. But they meet again, Danny look away Sandy. Because Danny said to friends that he play with wild girl during summer vacation. But Sandy said to friends that she love pure boy. So Sandy hurt her heart. In Continuous trivial misunderstanding, Dance contest open. And they dance other partner. Other couples, Rizzo and Kenickie fight. And they also dance other partner. Dance contest finish, they feel sad. And Rizzo might be pregnant. Rizzo is delicate than looks. She is so afraid. Sandy heard the story and go to Rizzo. She said that I will change and pull yourself together. The last Sandy turn attractive woman. She loves with Danny. And Rizzo don’t pregnant. So Rizzo and Kenickie are relaxed. Then all students dance and musical finished.

GREASE was so passionate. Owing to high school story, musical feel hot and radiate youthfulness. I feel interested character Rizzo Because Rizzo is strong girl. She talks man without a hitch. And I didn’t expect the musical because of student’s musical. But performance was wonderful. And I said my friend that I give you bunch of flowers when you become lead role three years later. Although my friend played supporting role, my friend shines of freshman. I was proud of my friend.

Drama: Sun Kwun Kwan Scandal ♥

These days I very very like 'Sung Kwun Kwan Scandal'.
 It is korea drama. Genre is comic and romance.
This drama based on the book, book name is 'daily of Sung Kwun Kwan student'.
I read the book. Story was so fresh and fun.
But I love drama story than book.
Sung Kwun Kwan is university of the Joseon Dynasty period.
Students study the teachings of Confucius and then they enter government service and they assume the helm of state with king.
Main character is Kim yun hee, Lee sun jun, Moon jae sin, Gu yong ha.
They are Sung Kwun Kwan students and these member called Tickling 4.
Actress Park min yung act Kim yun hee.
Kim yun hee is woman. But she dress up like a man and change her name to Kim yun sik.
Because woman can not enter Sung Kwun Kwan.
So rest tickling member, king, Sung Kwun Kwan students, teachers everyone do not know that yun hee is woman.
Actor Park you chun act Lee sun jun.
Lee sun jun is very wonderful and fabulous so he called 'galang'. Meaning is all girls want him by husband.
His character is principle. but his inner is thoughtful.
And Yunhee fall in love with Sunjun.
Actor You ah in act Moon jae sin.
Moon jae sin is so wild and tough. Sung Kwun Kwan students shake with fear only hear his name.
Yunhee and Sunjun become intimate with Jaesin. Because they use same room. They are room mate.
Actor Song jung gi act Gu yong ha.
Gu yong ha is Casanova. He like all woman. And he have keen sense, so he doubt yunsik.
Drama started September. And the drama is on at pm10:00 Monday,Tuesday in every week.
Drama story a little don't match book. But in this way I more excited the drama.
I always looks forward to the interesting drama. And I expect next scene and story.

Resident Evil: Afterlife Review

September 22, 2010 I watched the movie with my friend. The title of the film is Resident Evil: Afterlife, 2010. The genre of the movie is action, horror, SF, thriller. Paul W.S. Anderson directs a film. Milla Jovovich is main character in the movie. Milla Jovovich is heroine of Resident Evil series. And this time director is her husband. The movie is 3D. Image is extremely vivid so still come to remembrance.

So to speak movie story, Alice was supplement staff in Umbrella Corporation. But Alice was exposed to T-virus and took strong power, ESP, fast speed. Alice was only one of successful evolution so Umbrella Corporation was traced her. Because Umbrella Corporation needs her DNA. T-virus put world in danger. And People turned undead. Rest living people escape to Acadia. Acadia is unpolluted place. To my surprise Acadia turned out to be a battleship. The ship was prepared by Umbrella Corporation. And Umbrella Corporation controlled living people. Because living people is used experiment by Umbrella Corporation. Only hope Alice prepare counterattack but creature and undead made by Umbrella Corporation attack Alice by beyond imagination power. Chris who know secret of T-virus help Alice but Wesker who is the strongest enemy and head of Umbrella Corporation threat them. Alice fight with Wesker violently and finally Alice rub Wesker out. And Alice set alive people free.

I think finally the movie end. But enemy appear in last scene. And the movie is finished. I was embarrassed. But I look forward to next movie. Resident Evil was so fantastic and exciting. Heroine was so sexy and powerful. 3D was so vivid I’ve ever watched. If you want to action or thriller, I recommend this movie.

I like something

     I like eating. Especially I like spicy foods. Because I feel excitement while I eat spicy foods. So I eat something with Chungyang Red Pepper. Chungyang Red Pepper is best hot ingredient in Korea. And I like cooking, Always ingredients are in the refrigerator. I cook the Korean foods for example Kimchijjigae, Kimchi pancakes, doenjangjjigae. And I add Chungyang Red Pepper that foods. Spicy foods help your de-stress. But If you eat too much spicy foods, you later have heartburn. So you adjust yourself.

And I like listen to music. I listen to all sorts of music. In particular I like Korean pop music. My favorite singer is Tong Vang Xien Qi. (Shortened to T.V.X.Q.) Because TVXQ has so many a certain charm. For example sexy and tough, cute, lovely and so on. T.V.X.Q is five members. Leader is U-know Yun-ho and rest members are Xiah Junsu, Hero Jaejung, Micky Yucheon, and Max Changmin. They are so popular. Their popularity spread out in Asia. Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Bangkok and China were all going fanatic for the group’s music and performances. TVXQ’s musical style mixes genres of pop, R&B and dance. I enthused by such musical style. Today TVXQ conflict their management. (Management is SM Entertainment) I love TVXQ and I believe they come back to fans.

I like reading. I read book, magazine, newspaper, and e-book. I love library and bookstore. In that place book smell set my mind at ease. I have got collection that is comic book and novel. My collection placed at the far end of my room. Sometimes I imagine my room fills the book. Then I feel happy.
